These annual reports capture the collective efforts of humanitarian actors across 23 CBPF operations, showcasing how flexible, rapid funding has enabled life-saving interventions and long-term recovery in some of the world's most challenging environments. From providing essential services to displaced communities to supporting local resilience, this report highlights the tangible impact of CBPF investments in human dignity and hope.
As we present these comprehensive reports, we acknowledge the valuable contributions of our donors, partners, and implementing organizations whose dedication makes these achievements possible.
CBPFs continued to prove their effectiveness in enabling humanitarian actors to respond quickly to emerging needs, with the majority of allocations processed within 72 hours of approval.
Over 40% of CBPF partners were national NGOs, demonstrating a strong commitment to localization and strengthening humanitarian capacity at the country level.
CBPF allocations supported critical interventions across all humanitarian clusters, with particular emphasis on health, food security, shelter, and protection activities.
All CBPFs integrated gender mainstreaming across portfolio allocations, ensuring that the specific needs and capacities of women, girls, and other vulnerable groups were prioritized.

Through the Nigeria Humanitarian Fund, a young mother and her daughters received life-saving treatment for severe acute malnutrition and anaemia at an IRC-run stabilization centre, giving them a second chance at life.
After losing everything to Somalia's worst drought in decades, Xaawo used funding from the Somalia Humanitarian Fund to start her own grocery store through a cash-for-work program, rebuilding her life and creating jobs for others.
With funding from the Myanmar Humanitarian Fund, a young landmine survivor received a prosthetic leg and now works to educate others about mine risks, transforming his life from feeling "useless" to helping his community.
